Planning is your road map to success during inspection. TGM is passionate about preplanning inspections. Without proper planning your outage may turn into a hockey game. You are merely reacting to what arises and you may win but you will get beat up in the process. GTM prefers to plan jobs and turn them into a ballet where every move is choreographed so that in the end you look back on it as a job well done.

Planning is a service that TGM offers separate from other outage services. With TGM planning you get a unit review as well as a work scope developed. Your parts are reviewed; you get a recommended list for inspection, as well as a preliminary schedule for your inspection. The work scope prepared during outage planning can then be sent out for bid if you wish to do so. If in the end TGM is chosen as their contractor of choice you are credited the value of the planning service on your first invoice.
