Press Release 02-20-07FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 2007 Marks 20 Years of Success for Turbine Generator Maintenance The conclusion of 2006 brought the completion of twenty years of success for Turbine Generator Maintenance, Inc (TGM). In that time, quality and service, combined with integrity, have made TGM the OEM alternative for turbine and generator maintenance clients throughout the United States, South America and Caribbean. The organization was founded in 1986 by the current Chairman, Tony Collins, as a steam turbine and generator maintenance company. After fifteen years of success, a good customer asked if TGM would consider working on combustion turbines and generators. In the year 2000 Gas Turbine Maintenance (GTM) was created to provide combustion turbine and generator maintenance to our clients. In 2006 it was noted that both companies had continued to grow and operate successfully. As a result of this, it was decided that the steam (TGM) and the combustion (GTM) businesses should be combined under one name – TGM. To date, TGM has completed almost a thousand turbine generator projects. The company's 20 years of uninterrupted growth is reflective of the special relationship that TGM has established with its customers over the years. Not only has business increased in volume and scope, but also in geography. TGM projects have been executed all across the United States, as well as in Canada, the Caribbean, and South America. As power generation equipment owners across the globe continue to look for maintenance alternatives, TGM will continue to bolster its core business in an effort to support these future customers.
