Outage Planning

Of all the many factors that contribute to a successful outage, the most important—and all too often overlooked—is project planning. To keep you from getting behind the eight ball on your project, TGM offers an outage planning service as a method to ensure that your outage goes as smoothly as humanly possible. As part of our outage planning package, we send one of our experienced TGM Technical Directors to your site to evaluate your machine, inventory your spare parts, and work with you to develop a customized work scope for your turbine generator set. Our three major deliverables are a detailed work scope, a parts order list to ensure that all required spare parts are on site prior to beginning work, and a detailed Critical Path Method® schedule for your outage. Furthermore, we believe that planning is so crucial to a successful outage, if TGM is selected to perform your outage after we have planned it, we will credit your outage account for the cost of the planning.
